Cancellation of Website Development Services:

If you have purchased website development services and choose to cancel your order once work has already begun, we will calculate your refund on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will receive a refund based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Please note that any costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount.

Monthly Subscription Packages:

All monthly subscription packages offered by Rural Clicks have a minimum commitment period of 3 months. If you decide to cancel your subscription within the initial 14 days of your subscription start date, you will receive a full refund less a £50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation within the Initial 3-Month Period:

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the initial 14 days but within the first 3 months, you will receive a refund based on the full remaining months. We will calculate your refund by subtracting the completed months from the total subscription period, and you will be refunded the remaining months.

Cancellation After the 3-Month Period:

Once you have completed the initial 3-month commitment period, there will be no cancellation fee, and you can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges. Your subscription will be ended after the full month in which the cancellation is processed.

Exceptions:

Please note that this refund policy applies to service-based goods and does not cover physical products or any additional terms that may be specified in individual service agreements.   • Initiation or continuation of each of our monthly services will be contingent upon the receipt of full payment.

  • It is important to note that remunerating for our services does not ensure an increase in followers or engagements.
  • Please be advised that our advertising management fees are distinct from the designated monthly advertisement expenditure.
  • All incurred travel expenses pertaining to photo and videography assignments will be invoiced to the client.
